Bookings

Bookings can be made online, by phone or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we confirm the vehicle, date, time and fare with you.

Fares

Fares are as listed on our website or as quoted at the time of booking. Outstation trips are charged per km at the vehicle's rate with a minimum of 250 km per day. Any additional charges applicable to your trip will be explained to you before confirmation.

Changes & cancellations

Please inform us as early as possible if your plans change or you need to cancel, so we can reschedule your ride.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers are requested to be ready at the pickup point on time, to respect the vehicle and driver, and not to carry illegal or hazardous items.

Liability

We take every care to provide safe, timely service, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
